Sugar Bay has been fun. Twins is tucked into a small cove by the river. Today is a foggy morning and we can hear the horns of the passing Tug Boats, actually called tows? But they are pushing barges up and down the river. It’s like parking in a driveway or driving on a parkway….go figure!
We shuttle back and forth between Matt’s Campsite and our anchorage for food and conversations. We’ve been playing a newer game called Rotten Apple….lots of fun. I usually drag some lures and take our time. Seems like we get a few bites each trip. We have 4 fillets in the fridge for dinner tonight and another two to add to the feast from our sunset trolling. Votes have been for packet dinners or paella and the latter looks like it may win out tonight. It’s our last supper with Matt as they intend to head home tomorrow.
We will try out another anchorage or two before going back to GTB for our third time. We are adding satellite TV to the boat and it get’s installed Monday. We hope to be able to use the service throughout the trip and for our RV travels as well.
